This postwar co-op was given a complete renovation to reimagine the functionality and design of the space. The kitchen posed a unique problem due to an existing supporting beam, but we found a way to open the space and incorporate the beam into a beautiful and modern traditional kitchen. We updated the bathrooms with carefully selected tile and stone to give it a fresh and stylish look. The overall design features a neutral pallet of whites, greys, and blues, grounded with warm wide board flooring to create a cozy and homey atmosphere.
