NY Harbor Condo

Our client recently acquired a stunning waterfront condo with breathtaking views of the NY Harbor and Statue of Liberty. Instead of a complete overhaul, they entrusted us to collaborate with their designer in elevating the apartment’s ambiance, particularly in the evening, to showcase their artwork.

We implemented a sophisticated approach by incorporating suspended ceilings and integrating the Lutron HomeWorks Home Automation System. This system ensures seamless synchronization between Ketra lighting and motorized shades, creating an environment that harmonizes effortlessly with natures circadian rhythm.

To enhance the overall audio experience, we adorned the niche wall with custom acoustic panels, adding both aesthetic appeal and optimizing the sound system. The result is a home that gracefully blends the tranquility of nature with cutting-edge technology and contemporary design. This waterfront retreat not only exudes serenity but also stands as a testament to technological sophistication.
