A construction manager is a liaison between you and all the moving parts and people it takes to complete a luxury design build or renovation. Not only will we prepare and negotiate cost estimates, budgets and work timetables but we will also select the appropriate construction methods and industry best strategies that suit your project. We work closely with other building specialists and a variety of trade workers, including architects, engineers, stonemasons, electricians, plumbers and more.
SPINN construction will supervise all construction personnel and activities onsite as well as keep you informed about work progress along the way. We comply with all legal requirements and building & safety regulations and handle all interactions with lawyers and local government officials when necessary. Our goal is to create a worry and stress-free client experience.
